Light and fast in the hand, the 420 stainless steel blades have keen, long lasting edges and have been hand satin finished. The handles are formed from jigged wood grain micarta. This attractive material holds up well to heavy kitchen use and provides a sure grip. The scales are attached with four pins. Exceptional work throughout.
