Description: Robert Fisher is currently apprenticed to Mastersmith PJ Tomes. Under the watchful eye of his master, he has created these exceptional handmade utility/fruit knives. Light and fast in the hand, the 420 stainless steel blades have keen, long-lasting edges and have been hand satin finished. The handles are formed from bone jigged by PJ Tomes. This handle material, a favorite amongst old time knifemakers is extremely resilient and holds up well to kitchen use. The textured surface provides a sure hand-hold even with wet hands. The scales are attached with four pins. Exceptional work throughout.
