Description: John Leitch's paring knives will feel as at home in a collection as they will used in the kitchen or as an executive's desk knife. The A2 carbon steel blade was etched with an eagle image by renowned Native American artist Isaac Tait. The antiqued surface nicely highlights the Native American eagle image and has been signed by Isaac. The A2 carbon steel blade was heat treated by Paul Bos to Rc 59 and will have exceptional edge holding. The fit between nickel silver bolsters and micarta scales is excellent -- without a perceptible seam. Exceptional work throughout!
