Description: This bamboo cutting board is the perfect size for preparing snacks, or chopping just the right amount of garlic. Also makes a great presentation tray. The vertical grain bamboo is very attractive and is renewable resource. A parquet section of end grain bamboo darker and lighter bamboo adds contrast. The wood, which is 16% harder than maple, is hard enough not to mar easily, but soft enough so as not dull knives. Solid bamboo.
