Description: I've found this set to be able to sharpen pretty much anything that I encounter, finishing with just the right edge. The set includes a #220 Grit Ceramic waterstone (regular) to set the initial edge, a #700 Grit Ceramic Waterstone, to remove scratches caused by the rougher stone, and a #3000/#8000 Grit Combination Stone for the final razor edge. A Nagura Stone and stone holder finish out the set.
