Description: Bradford Knives are handmade in Renton, Washington. His background working in an aerospace machine shop is clearly evident in these high performance, elegant steak knives.
The blades are formed from ultra-high performance Bohler M390 stainless steel. The blades are full flat ground. They feature a tumbled blade finish, stopped just short of a polished surface. This finish is a perfect choice, as it holds up well to the regular demands of heavy use. The blades were heat treated by Stack Metallurgical, for a keen, long lasting edge (Hrc 59.5-60.5).
Black canvas Micarta scales are set on a full tang. Maroon liners add an elegant, subtle contrast. The handles are nicely contoured with a palm swell. The scales are set with epoxy and fastened with custom made stainless corby fasteners.
Exceptional fit and finish on one of the greatest steak knives I have come across!
