Description: Bradford Knives are handmade in Renton, Washington. Bradford Larkin's background working in an aerospace machine shop is clearly evident in these high performance, elegant steak knives.
The blades are formed from ultra-high performance Bohler M390 stainless steel. The blades are full flat ground. They feature a tumble-polished blade finish. This finish is a perfect choice, as it holds up well to the regular demands of heavy use. The blades were heat treated by Stack Metallurgical, for a keen, long lasting edge (Hrc 59.5 -60.5).
Natural canvas Micarta scales are set on a full tang. The handles are nicely contoured with a palm swell. The scales are set with epoxy and fastened with custom made stainless corby fasteners.
Exceptional fit and finish on one of the greatest steak knives I have come across!
