This knife is one that after some personal loving on the stones has become one of my most aggressive cutters in my collection. The edge it can take is amazing and it is quite easy to maintain as well. The steel is pretty reactive for the first couple of months but after that it was no problem. I wish there was some larger gyutos, honesuki and sujihikis to round out the line.
