I've had this knife for the past 3 months and It still performs like it just came out of the box. I am a restaurant chef and use this knife everyday. I will definitely be getting a Yoshikane Utility knife next.

having quite a few knives including takeda and ittosai honyaki and still believe this knife to be the best bang for a buck knife to date.
