I bought this book for my son Richard who is a professional chef & highly respected in central England. The book which I glanced at before giving it to him, is a true masterpiece of originality and practicality. The text is clear and very much to the point and the illustrations, hints and tips invaluable. Congratulations Chad take 5 stars

Chad Ward has written a fun but in depth book about knives. You will learn much more than you probably want to know about knives (including a favorable plug for Epicurean Edge). I could not give the book a higher recommendation!
