Well made and solid knife

This Santoku is a solid performer. It does stain easily, but I allow a patina to develop and manage accordingly. It sharpens well, giving a steep keen edge that lasts well. It responds particularly well to final honing with a ceramic rod. In summary, not flashy, but a knife I rely on and come back to time and again.
