I ordered this knife and received it yesterday. The Handle is perfectly articulated as well as the blade. Super sharp and cuts with no effort what so ever. This is a handmade knife, forged and the craftsmanship is worth every penny I paid for this item. If you are like me, you are now thinking about also buying the small petty to accompany the santoku.
