I've seen this knife at chesteps, it's one of recommended by the team.
It is super sharp, super fun to use and to sharpen with a hone. My first Japanese knife, i love the form of Gyuto, super fast to dice and chop. Love the Gyuto form, i think it's more fast than Santoku.

Takes and holds edge very well. Thin and laser-like. A great deal on an artisan knife without the usual cost.
