Description: Bradford Knives are made in Kent, Washington. Bradford Larkin's background working in an aerospace machine shop is clearly evident in this high performance, elegant paring knife. This American made paring knife will be a joy to use in the kitchen.
This paring knife is a perfect choice for detail tasks - from taking the eyes out of potatoes to removing the heads from tomatoes. The short, thin blade combines control and precision.
The blade is formed from ultra-high performance Bohler M390 stainless steel that has been professionally heat treated to 61 HRC. It is fully flat ground and has beautifully thin geometry for high performance slicing. Corners along the spine and choil have been nicely rounded for comfortable, extended use.
Aerospace carbon fiber scales are carved to swell at the middle, moving into a slimmer waist, and swell again at the back, ensuring a secure, comfortable grip. The scales are tapered thin at the front to comfortably accommodate a pinch grip. Bradford's microtexturing provides a nonslip grip even if the handle gets wet.
A leather sheath is included to protect the knife during storage.
Excellent work throughout!
