Description: Tom Goodpasture is currently apprenticed to Mastersmith PJ Tomes. Under the watchful eye of his master, he has created this exceptional handmade bird's beak paring knife. Light in the hand, the 420 stainless steel blade has a keen, long lasting edge and has been hand satin finished. The handle is formed from jigged wood grain micarta. This material holds up well to heavy kitchen use and provides a sure grip. The scales are attached with three pins. Exceptional work throughout.
