Customer Update 4/4/20:
We continue to pack and ship website orders during this crisis!
So far, we have had no delays in shipping and hope to keep it that way. We are currently shipping Monday - Friday and some Saturdays. We tremendously appreciate that FedEx and USPS continue to deliver and pickup (thank your delivery driver!) :)
Our brick and mortar storefront will continue to be closed by order of the WA State Governor until at least May 5th.
If you have sharpening to pick up, please phone us at 425-889-5980 and we'll be happy to help organize having it shipped to you.

Customer Update 3/24/2020:
We continue to pack and ship website orders during this crisis. While we do not anticipate any delays, we appreciate your understanding if your order is delayed by a day or two.
Our brick and mortar store is open for short visits through Wednesday 3/25/2020. In an effort to protect our staff and customers from infection during this time, we ask that your visit lasts no longer than five minutes and that we have no more than two guests in the store at any time. Please be sure to keep greater than 6 feet between all people in the store.
If you would like to get back completed sharpening during the “stay at home” order, please phone our office at 425-889-5980 and we can assist with returning your knives by post.
