Description: This 120 grit coarse sharpening stone is designed to be used with Edge Pro Sharpening Systems. It is used to create the initial edge profile and is a good starting point if the knife has chips or needs re-shaping. Final sharpening and polishing on finer grits creates a performance cutting edge. For a higher performance polished edge, we recommend using a polishing blank with polishing tape.
