Description: This exceptional handmade chef's utility knife is the work of bladesmith Kelly Dallyn. It is a perfect choice to grab when doing detail work in the kitchen. Slicing tomatoes and onions will be a breeze! The gentle rock of the blade is perfect for chopping and slicing. This is a perfect choice for a chef looking for a high performance knife that is heavier than a Japanese knife.
The blade was forged to shape from Kelly's own damascus. It is a bold, high contrast pool and eye pattern that immediately captures attention. The blade is distal tapered for optimal balance and is brought to a razor sharp edge.
Arizona desert ironwood scales are set on a full tang with copper pins. Copper bolsters are dovetailed to the ironwood ensuring a perfect fit. The copper brings a sense of warmth to the handle.
Exceptional fit throughout.
